Pumpkin Scones made with our Pumpkin Spice Scone Mix are one of our favorite cold-winter treats. The warm, spice fragrance and subtle flavors always evoke images of cold winter days and mugs of hot cider.
To create the scones, you add canned pumpkin as well as butter and buttermilk to the scone mix. You can choose from several topping options. The simple choice is to sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar before you bake. You can make a basic cream cheese glaze to drizzle over the top. Add a dash of cinnamon or apple cider to the glaze for an additional flavor layer.
