Key Lime Curd is another of Harrowgate Fine Fod’s amazing fruit curds. (We consider it to be sublimely delicious!) It is a blend of fresh key limes, sugar, eggs, egg yolks and butter.

Key Lime curd has a bright, fresh flavor and should be enjoyed on scones, toast, English Muffins, or as a pretzel or fruit dip. Blend it with yogurt for a fresh flavor treat. It is also used as a filling for tarts or between cake layers. It is best served chilled.

Refrigerate after opening. Freeze curds for long term storage with no loss of flavor or texture.
