Lemon Curd is one of the classic toppings for scones, but that is simply the beginning of the possibilities. Lemon Curd is used as a filling for small tarts as well as a filling between cake layers. Add a dollop on top of gingerbread and other spice cakes and breads.

Refrigerate after opening. Freeze curds for long term storage with no loss of flavor or texture.
