Fruit Curds

Fruit curds are smooth and silky blends of fruit, sugar, eggs, egg yolks and butter. Originating in England in the 1800’s, they are a classic and traditional topping for scones, as well as a filling for tarts or cakes. A dollop of curd takes a simple treat and elevates it to memorable. We won’t tell if you grab a spoon and eat it straight from the jar!

We offer four fruit curds year round–Lemon, Orange, Passion Fruit and Raspberry, and we offer Cranberry-Orange seasonally each fall.

All are products of Harrowgate Fine Foods of Lancaster, PA. Harrowgate hand-crafts their curd in small batches, and has been doing so since 2005. We love their bright and fresh smooth flavors, and hope you will too!
